Per a longstanding tradition, when a San Francisco mayor leaves office, their portrait is hung at City Hall commemorating their service. Instead of Newsom’s typically clean-shaven mug, ex-mayor Newsom’s portrait revealed a picture of him wearing a Giant’s cap and full beard a la Brian Wilson.
