Today Orange is proud to announce with Mayor Gavin Newsom and new spokesperson John Travolta on hand, that Orange Photography has been named the official photographers for the city of San Francisco and for Scientology worldwide. This historic venture positions Orange on the cutting edge of photography in one of the most progressive cities, and with what is perhaps one of the more controversial religions in modern history.
With unprecedented access, Orange will embark on an ambitious program of documenting the entire experience of both the city of San Francisco and the religion of Scientology.
Tom Cruise, another prominent Scientologist will also be featured in a new film about Orange, and will play the part of founder Andy Berry. Casting for the other parts have not yet been finalized, although it is rumored that Quentin Tarantino or David Lynch are in the lead to direct the film and Uma Thurman has expressed interest in the role of Traci Griffin. Johnny Depp has expressed deep interest in playin the elusive but charming Ryan Hicks, the Creative Director of Orange that lives a double life. Both actors feel that their broken english is a natural fit for the jackanese has been the cornerstone of Jack's success.
