Orange to host Fotovision, Magnum photographer Alex Webb and Fastback Book Awards

So we're honored to be hosting a great event that Fotovision is putting on featuring Master Photographers: Alex Webb and Rebecca Norris Webb. The event is limited to 15 participants and will definitely fill up quickly. Find out more on the Fotovision website.
Details: April 28th & 29th, 2007 — 10:00am to 5:00pm
Through group portfolio reviews, discussions, and exercises, this two-day workshop will help photographers to begin to perceive the essence of their way of seeing the world.
A workshop for amateurs and professionals alike, the weekend will begin with careful reviews of each photographer's work. Alex and Rebecca, a creative team who often edit projects and books together, will explore with the class a series of topics, including the relationship between images (such as the sequencing and interaction of photographs), the emotional and psychological implications of working in color vs. black and white; and how long-term projects evolve into books and exhibitions.
